Thank you for shopping with TCGCenterUKLtd. We want you to shop with confidence. This Returns & Refund Policy explains your rights and how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts)
If you purchase from us online, you generally have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.
To qualify for a refund under your cancellation rights:
- Items must be returned in the same condition you received them.
- Items should be unused and, where applicable, in their original packaging.
- You may inspect an item as you would in a physical shop, but any reduction in value caused by handling beyond this may result in a reduced refund.
Certain items are excluded from cancellation rights where permitted by law, including:
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
- Personalised or custom-made products.
- Digital products once download or access has begun (where applicable).
Standard Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- All original packaging, accessories, and any promotional items must be included.
- Proof of purchase is required.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Trading Cards (Pokémon, Sports Cards, TCG Products)
Due to the collectible nature of trading card products:
- Sealed booster packs, booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, tins, and other sealed TCG products cannot be returned once opened.
- We cannot accept returns based on the contents, pull rates, or rarity of cards received.
- Manufacturing defects should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs where possible.
LEGO and Collectible Items
- Sealed LEGO sets and collectible products may be returned if they remain unopened and in resaleable condition.
- Opened LEGO sets, missing pieces due to customer assembly, or damaged packaging caused after delivery may not qualify for a full refund.
- Collectible items sold as "used", "pre-owned", or "graded" will be described as accurately as possible. Please review product descriptions and photographs carefully before purchasing.
Graded Cards
Graded cards are sold as individual collectible items.
Returns will not be accepted due to disagreement with the grading assigned by the grading company. Please review product photos carefully before purchasing.
Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the item and the packaging.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit, or supplied incorrectly, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair, or full refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
Return Shipping
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the return postage costs.
If the return is due to our error or because the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to credit the funds to your account.
Where required under UK consumer law, any applicable standard delivery charges will also be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly. If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a new order once your refund has been processed.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless faulty or not as described, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened trading card products.
- Mystery products once opened.
- Gift cards.
- Personalised or custom-made items.
- Clearance or final sale items where clearly marked as non-returnable.

- The item(s) you wish to return.

Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Returns & Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
