Thank you for shopping with TCGCenterUKLtd. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered.
Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
- Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Where applicable, tracking information will also be provided.
Busy Periods
During periods of exceptionally high demand, such as new Pokémon set releases, seasonal sales, promotions, or other busy trading periods, processing times may be longer than usual.
Some orders—particularly those containing rare, exclusive, limited edition, or high-demand products—may take up to 7 business days to dispatch.
We appreciate your patience during these busy periods and will always work to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
- UK Tracked Delivery: 1–3 business days (where selected)
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
If international shipping is available, delivery times will vary depending on the destination and local customs processing.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or other fees that may apply in their country.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method selected and the size or weight of your order.
Any free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website when applicable.
Tracking
Where a tracked delivery service is selected, you will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Delays Outside Our Control
Once your order has been handed to the delivery carrier, we cannot control delivery times.
Delays may occur due to:
- Royal Mail or courier service delays.
- Severe weather conditions.
- Industrial action or strikes.
- Customs inspections.
- Public holidays.
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers, but we will do our best to assist if an issue arises.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
TCGCenterUKLtd cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be required to pay the shipping cost for re-delivery.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photographs of any damaged items and packaging (where applicable).
We will work with the delivery provider to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
