If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.

4. Pricing

We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Payment must be received before goods are dispatched.

We accept payment methods made available through Shopify at checkout.

We aim to describe and photograph all products accurately.

Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
Packaging may differ from manufacturer images.
Manufacturers may change packaging without notice.

Product images are for illustration purposes where applicable.

7. Trading Card Products

Trading card products involve an element of chance.

By purchasing sealed products such as booster packs, booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, tins or similar products, you acknowledge that:

Card contents are random.
Pull rates are not guaranteed.
We cannot accept returns because expected cards were not received.
We do not guarantee specific cards within sealed products.

8. Graded Cards

Graded cards are sold based on the grade assigned by the independent grading company.

Customers should carefully review product photographs before purchasing.

Minor imperfections to grading cases are not considered defects unless they materially affect the product.

9. LEGO and Collectibles

Boxes and manufacturer packaging may show minor shelf wear that does not affect the product itself.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, products are sold as new and unopened.

10. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Royal Mail or courier services.
Customs processing.
Severe weather.
Industrial action.
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Ownership transfers once full payment has been received.

Nothing in this section limits your legal rights if goods are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose.
